Why Scopus Removed these journals?
Scopus is updating its journal database from time to time. So to continue this process it removes some journals and also adds some journals.
The primary reasons for the removal of these journals are the following reasons

While checking the journal in the list of Scopus Discontinued list you also need to check the 1. Year, 2. Volume, 3. The issue, and 4. Page range for the journal that got discontinued.
These four factors are also important while checking the journal that got discontinued from the Scopus Indexing.
