The program is intended for exceptional early-career scholars who want to transition from post-doctoral research to a permanent lectureship while concentrating on their work and gaining scientific independence.
Candidates are expected to have no more than four years of post-doctoral research experience. Extensions to this time period will be considered in circumstances that support our commitment to diversity, a positive research culture and non-traditional career paths.

As an ICRF you will receive a four-year fellowship which includes

Who can Apply?
- The applicant can be form the UK nationals or international candidates.
- The Candidates must have not more than four years of post-doctoral research experience.
- The PhD must be awarded before the start of the fellowship
In order to guarantee the diversity of the applicants, they invite submissions from a wide range of backgrounds, with a special emphasis on those from traditional underrepresented groups.
Deadline of the application.
All applicants must submit their application to the committee before 4pm, 12 July 2024.
